Performance Evaluation of AI-Based Healthcare Systems in the United Arab Emirates: A Comparative Analysis of Diagnostic Accuracy and Predictive Capability Using SPSS

This research investigates the opinions and experiences of United Arab Emirates (UAE) healthcare personnel on artificial intelligence (AI)-based technology. Successful application and integration depend on a knowledge of the viewpoints of people at the front-line of patient care as artificial intelligence technology progressively enter healthcare contexts. Combining advanced statistical analysis with quantitative questionnaires using a mixed-methods approach, the study presents a whole picture of artificial intelligence opinions across several healthcare environments and UAE geographical areas. The study revealed a topography of opinions on artificial intelligence in the healthcare sector that is complicated. Though views varied widely based on their employment, healthcare professionals generally exhibited cautious optimism about the ability of artificial intelligence to boost diagnosis accuracy and healthcare delivery efficiency. While doctors voiced more conflicting opinions, nurses said they had the most positive one about AI-based diagnostic tools. Fascinatingly, the study found a negative correlation between judgements of general diagnostic accuracy and efficacy in specialized areas, such medical imaging, revealing a deep grasp of artificial intelligence's numerous capacities across different applications. Studies on aspects influencing thoughts of artificial intelligence's financial value in healthcare indicated that establishing clear increases in diagnosis accuracy could be extremely crucial to support AI expenditure. The study did, however, also underline the challenging nature of building trust in artificial intelligence systems since opinions of data security and trust in recommendations generated by AI showed no obvious correlation. Emphasizing the need of targeted education and training programs, robust data governance mechanisms, and continuous evaluation of artificial intelligence systems, the outcomes have major effects for AI integration in UAE healthcare. The research underlines the importance of a well-balanced approach for the implementation of artificial intelligence that underscores its complementing function in helping rather than replacing healthcare staff. As the UAE keeps spending in healthcare artificial intelligence, these observations can direct development, implementation, and assessment strategies, so establishing the nation as a pioneer in creative and ethical AI integration in business.
