Na contramão das big techs: : Uma defesa da liberdade e da cidadania na luta contra a exploração do trabalho informal sob a ótica utilitarista de bentham, mill e da teoria de rawls
This article explores the intersection between inequality in labor relations and aspirations for social justice within a context of socioeconomic and power disparities generated by relations of domination and exploitation of workers. The research begins with a scientific investigation that aims to reflect on the object of study through the general notions of utilitarianism and its "principle of utility," according to Bentham and Mill's conception of maximizing happiness. It also briefly examines Rawls' alternative proposal embodied in the theory of justice as fairness. The central question is how inequality in labor relations severely affects the full right to citizenship. The hypothesis is that inequality affects informal workers most severely due to the suppression of basic rights by large economic conglomerates and so-called big techs. The discussion serves as an emancipatory guide in defense of freedom, citizenship, human rights, and social justice. It draws on an interdisciplinary reflection that aims to emphasize the importance of the workers' struggle to ensure the social value of work and to suppress practices that violate the right to full citizenship and freedom as a condition for human rights. The research methodology will be bibliographic with a dialectical strategy, aiming to conduct a theoretical study on the topic. The research object will have a qualitative character, given the subjective use of theoretical references to promote and articulate the most diverse concepts. This is justified by the desire to conduct a study that contributes to research in legal theory and critical theory of citizenship.
