The two surviving Betony localities in Denmark are located in southwestern Lolland. The future of both populations has been secured at nine reserve localities established in 2017–2024. Plants from Bjerremark (Tågerup parish) can be found at five localities: Guldborgsund Zoo and Botanical Garden, Medical-historical Museum in Næstved,the Barock Garden at Søholt castle, Røgbøllemarken in Søholt Storskov and in Rødby Lystskov. The population in Kongeskoven (Dannemare parish) is represented at four locatities: the Medieval Garden in Stege, Rudbjerggård castle, Købelev Forest andSvingelen, a forest in Nakskov.
