Los ecos de Weimar en Brasil: las apropiaciones de Francisco Campos y Carl Schmitt
The main objective of this work, based on a bibliographical review and the structural interpretation of texts by the reference author, is to analyze the hypothesis of reception of Carl Schmitt's constitutional and authoritarian ideas in Brazil, through the work of Francisco Campos. Campos was an attentive student of Carl Schmitt's work who appropriated his ideas in an original way. The working hypothesis is that it was a critical appropriation with a view to thinking about Brazil's problems at the time and which, to some extent, were projected into the country's political and constitutional future. Thus, the political drama experienced in the Weimar Republic marked the Western constitutional experience of the first half of the 20th century and also found an echo in Brazil.
