La Transformación Digital en la Administración Publica y su Impacto en la Calidad de los Servicios Públicos

In public administration, digital transformation represents a profound change in the way governments manage their resources and provide services to citizens. This procedure is not only about using new technology, but rather about improving and changing how current systems work so that they are more efficient, easier and faster to use. This improves the needs of society that are currently increasingly connected through digitalization. Through digitalization, public services and procedures are simpler and faster, reducing waiting times. Furthermore, the incorporation of digital tools promotes transparency and fosters citizen trust by making access to information easier and having clear accountability. However, although improvement and change are fundamental, this transformation faces difficulties that must be overcome. One of these difficulties is that all cities have easy access to these technologies, protect their personal data, and that these processes go hand in hand with the true needs of the population. Abstract

In public administration, digital transformation represents a profound change in the way governments manage their resources and provide services to citizens. This procedure is not only about using new technology, but rather about improving and changing how current systems work so that they are more efficient, easier and faster to use.
