Impacto de la seguridad social en la gestión empresarial y el bienestar laboral
Social security is a fundamental pillar for the protection of workers in Mexico. This descriptive and explanatory study examines the reasons why some companies refuse to provide this benefit, including financial constraints, administrative complexity and lack of regulatory enforcement. To address the problem, a mixed approach was used that combines qualitative and quantitative methods, allowing a comprehensive interpretation of the data. The research design adopted is non-experimental and cross-sectional, since data were collected at a single moment in time without manipulating variables.Data analysis was carried out using statistical techniques and graphical representation of the information obtained in surveys, as well as content analysis to interpret the qualitative responses. The main objective of this research is to identify and analyze the factors that influence the decision of some companies not to provide social security to their workers, as well as to evaluate the impact that this generates on their well-being and job stability. Based on these findings, it seeks to generate proposals that promote compliance with business obligations in terms of social security. This study also highlights the legal framework that underpins social security in Mexico, such as the Mexican Constitution, the Social Security Law, and the Federal Labor Law, emphasizing employer obligations and employee rights. In addition, it explores the psychological and financial benefits of social security, improving workers' productivity and overall well-being. The findings underscore the need for stricter regulations and a cultural shift towards compliance to ensure widespread benefits to society.
