Gestión del conocimiento para el desarrollo de altos potenciales en empresas ecuatorianas

Organizations generate competitive advantage through suitable personnel. The objective of the study is to analyze the impact of knowledge management on the development of high potential profiles in Ecuadorian companies. The analytical-synthetic method is used, the Wonderlic test is applied to identify high potential; and, to characterize knowledge management, the strategies of Ceruti (2019), which proposes four dimensions. The findings reflect that organizations do not have a conducive knowledge management system, information is lost, it does not add value, capabilities are underestimated, which hinders the development of staff potential, therefore, they must focus their management on the use of tools that facilitate the transfer of experience and knowledge.
