Experiencias de prácticas de vinculación: impacto en el desarrollo de competencias blandas en la formación de psicólogos clínicos
The aim of this study is to evaluate the level of soft skills developed by Clinical Psychology students as a result of their placement. A quantitative approach was used with a non-experimental and descriptive design, where a questionnaire was applied at two points in time (before and after) which measured four soft skills: listening skills, comprehension, identifying with others, respect and solidarity. The results show an increase in all competencies, which underlines the importance of these placements in clinical training, reinforcing essential skills for professional practice. Therefore, it is concluded that the implementation of outreach placements within the framework of the SDGs allows for ethical and professional training by preparing students to face the challenges of their career, within an approach focused on social justice and respect for diversity.
