Do non-economic indicators of well-being affect the composition of consumption? An empirical analysis within the Italian context
This thesis is based on the study of the potential impact of well-being, represented by non-economic indicators, on consumption composition within the Italian context. Interest in this topic stems from the desire to explore the relationship between well-being and consumption, particularly whether these indicators can influence the breakdown of consumer spending into various categories of goods and services, how this influence manifests, and whether it might ultimately lead to more sustainable consumption choices.
