En Resa Genom Empathica : En visuell följeslagare för mjuka hjärtan i en högljudd värld

In an age of endless headlines and emotional overload, young adults often find themselves caught between care and collapse. This project examines how visual communication can foster emotional resilience in the face of empathic distress. I created “A Journey Through Empathica”, an illustrated concertina that offers a slow, reflective space for feeling, not fixing. Through softness, metaphor, and a gentle pace, the project transforms design into an act of emotional care, inviting readers to pause, reconnect with compassion, and remain tenderhearted in a world that often demands otherwise.
