Factores de habitabilidad y salud, monitoreados en vivienda vertical de clima cálido seco
The study of habitability factors for vertical dwellings and virus propagation allows establishing design guidelines for environmental well-being in interior spaces for urban area inhabitants. It is significant to have tools to perform diagnoses in homes, where possible health implications in homes/dwellings are involved. The analysis presents a comparison between six vertical dwellings in habitability factors: temperature, humidity and measurement of CO₂ levels, in relation to indoor air quality linked to the spread of viruses, carried out in Los Mochis, Sinaloa, with a dry warm climate. The object of study is the different floors of vertical buildings, their evaluation was carried out, through real-time environmental monitoring, during four seasons cold, warm and two transition periods, in which dry bulb temperature, relative humidity and carbon dioxide (CO₂) were recorded. The analysis was estimated by means of a generalized linear model, to determine the relationship between the types of dwellings and each environmental factor. The evaluation presented significant differences, to establish ranges of adequacy in effects of habitability and health of the inhabitant.
