Estrategia geopolítica del orden liberal y su vigencia en el nuevo contexto internacional

In a multipolar world with increasing geopolitical tensions, the liberal order strategy faces significant challenges. This article analyzes the relevance of its principles, which promote democracy, free trade, and human rights. The aim of the study is to assess the validity of the liberal order geopolitical strategy in the current international context, identifying its strengths and weaknesses. A qualitative approach with a descriptive and analytical design was used. Literature reviews on international relations theories and analysis of key state policies were conducted, as well as case studies illustrating the application of the liberal order. The findings show that, despite competition from authoritarian models, the liberal order remains relevant, especially in human rights, economic interdependence, and multilateral diplomacy. However, limitations are observed, such as the lack of cohesion among liberal countries. In conclusion, although the liberal order faces challenges, its strategy is vital to address global problems. Collaboration and innovation in diplomacy are essential to revitalize it in an ever-changing world.
