Теоретичні основи розвитку фізичної культури військовослужбовців
Modern service conditions, which require the performance of tasks in difficult physical and psychological situations, set the task for servicemen to maintain a high level of physical fitness, endurance, strength and psychological stability. The development of the physical culture of servicemen is an important aspect of ensuring the defense capability of the state, increasing the combat readiness of units and preserving the health of personnel. Security measures introduced in the country harm the psycho-emotional state of the population and limit opportunities for active sports participation and access to sports sections and facilities. Physical fitness is one of the key indicators of the readiness of a modern serviceman of the State Border Service of Ukraine to perform official duties, especially in conditions of martial law. The problem of developing the physical education of future border guard officers is becoming increasingly relevant. The article explores and summarizes the theoretical foundations of the physical culture of military personnel as a key element of their professional training, identifies prospects for improving the physical education system, and defines requirements for the development of motor abilities and the formation of military-applied skills necessary for the effective performance of official tasks. In addition, the main areas of general physical training are revealed, which ensure the ability of military personnel to meet modern challenges.
