Концептуальні засади управління сталим розвитком транспортно- логістичних компаній в контексті забезпечення економічної безпеки

The fundamental concepts of managing the sustainable development of transport and logistics companies are sustainable development, economic security, management, transport and logistics specifics.The purpose of the research is to determine the conceptual principles of sustainable development management of transport and logistics companies in the context of ensuring economic security. The goals of sustainable development management of transport and logistics companies are determined. Akey aspect of ensuring the economic security of transport and logistics companies in modern conditions is to consider the impact of hybrid threats: disruption of logistics chains, financial losses, reputational risks, increased security costs, and legal risks. Measures to counter hybrid threats for transport and logistics companies are proposed. A conceptual model of management of sustainable development of a transport and logistics company in the context of ensuring economic security is proposed, which is based on the use of a systemic approach and has a multi-purpose nature. A characteristic feature of the proposed model is a departure from the traditional understanding of the formation of a management system, where the system's functioning is aimed at achieving one goal. The concept of sustainable development provides for a multi-purpose approach. It assumes that the effectiveness of the functioning of the entire management system is ensured while simultaneously achieving all set goals (social, economic, environmental, technological, security, and institutional). This becomes possible through attaining harmonious development of the company by combining economic benefit, ecological responsibility, and social stability; protection from potential threats to economic stability and competitive positions in the market; and increasing trust from customers, partners, and the public.
