ЛЮДИНА ЯК ЦІННІСТЬ У МЕЖАХ НОВОЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО ПРАВА

The article analyzes the anthropological crisis within the framework of modern European law, caused by changes in conceptions of the human being, human nature, and the role of the individual in the legal system. It examines the evolution of legal ideas from classical philosophical doctrines to psychoanalytic theories. Particular attention is given to the transformation of law from a means of protection to a tool of social control. The author emphasizes the need to reconsider contemporary legal concepts through the lens of a new scientific paradigm.
