Дифузія ресурсної циркуляції як методологічна основа розвитку агробізнесу
The article examines the diffusion of the resource circularity concept as a modern methodological basis for sustainable development of agribusiness in Ukraine. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to rethink approaches to the use of resources in the context of martial law, economic instability, and acute shortages of natural, material, technical, and financial resources. The author analyses the transformation of circular economy models - from the basic 3R concept to the extended 6R and 9R frameworks - with a focus on their adaptation to the needs of the domestic agricultural sector. The paper proves that the circular economy is a tool for ensuring the environmental and economic efficiency of agribusiness, helps to reduce resource losses, reuse materials, reduce waste and increase the investment attractiveness of agricultural enterprises. The relationship between the level of circularity of agricultural production and indicators of sustainable development at the local and national levels is substantiated. The principles of resource circularity are classified by temporal, spatial and systemic criteria, which allows a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of circular approaches. The article reveals a diffuse distribution of the use of R-components in modern scientific publications, which confirms the relevance of the transition from a linear to a circular model of the economy. Particular attention is paid to the integration of the resource circularity concept with innovation and investment mechanisms for the development of the agricultural sector, which opens up new opportunities for intersectoral cooperation and the development of small and medium-sized businesses. In summary, resource circularity is seen as a key factor in the formation of a new management paradigm focused on sustainability, efficiency and economic recovery of Ukrainian agricultural production in the face of current challenges.
