Junjo System: Il caso Baker Hughes

This thesis focuses on optimizing material management and pre-assembly process in a Massa Plant of Baker Hughes. The project proposes the establishment of dedicated areas for piping kitting and electrical junction box pre-assembly to streamline material flow, reduce handling time and minimize material loss or damage. This solution addresses inefficiencies in organization, delays in the assembly process, and poor housekeeping, ultimately improving operational efficiency reducing delays, and boosting productivity throughout the production process.
