Організаційно-педагогічні умови формування здоров’язбережувальних компетентностей здобувачів початкової освіти: діяльнісний підхід

In the modern world, where children's health is threatened by a sedentary lifestyle, malnutrition, psycho-emotional stress and other negative factors, the formation of health-preserving competencies in younger schoolchildren is extremely important. After all, it is in primary school that the foundations of a healthy lifestyle are laid, the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for maintaining and strengthening health are formed. Despite the significant attention paid to the formation of health-preserving competencies, the problem remains insufficiently resolved. Often, training is limited to theoretical knowledge, while the practical application of this knowledge in everyday life remains out of focus. The purpose of this article is to substantiate the need to use an activity approach in the formation of health-preserving competencies in younger schoolchildren and to develop organizational and pedagogical conditions that would contribute to the effective implementation of this approach in the educational process. The article reveals the essence of the competency and activity approaches, substantiates the complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of health-preserving competencies of primary school students. Among them: creating a health-preserving environment at school; using active teaching methods (game, problem, project); integrating health-preserving components into all subjects; cooperation with parents and the public; improving the skills of teachers on health-preserving issues. The results of the study indicate that the activity approach is an effective means of forming health-preserving competencies in younger schoolchildren. Provided that appropriate organizational and pedagogical conditions are created, students acquire not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills necessary for leading a healthy lifestyle. Further research can be aimed at developing specific methods and programs aimed at forming health-preserving competencies in younger schoolchildren, taking into account their individual characteristics and needs.
