ДОСВІД ФОРМУВАННЯ ФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНО-ПЛАНУВАЛЬНОЇ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ АВІАЦІЙНИХ БАЗ
The article highlights the experience of forming a functional planning organization of aviation bases. The general features and differences have been identified compared to the organization of aviation bases of Ukraine and the world. Characteristic general features are the main components: aerodrome zone; aircraft service area; operational zone; administrative zone; residential area; safety zone; storage and logistics zone; training and training area, which will ensure the quality of the airport passenger service process. The study of a large number of theoretical works that were performed on this topic and works of projected institutions that were engaged in the projection of airports. The regulatory bases and recommendations of ICAO, FAA IATA, state building codes of Ukraine are analyzed. Summarizing the results of the research revealed insufficient regulatory framework in Ukraine and provides material to identify an approach to the formation of a functional planning organization of aviation bases. Generalization of scientific research related to the formation of a functional and spatial organization of aviation bases requires many factors and conditions that affect efficiency, comfort and special safety in modern conditions. The main factors and conditions are divided into several categories: geographical, environmental, urban planning and normative. The functional planning structure is revealed and proposed, which is formed by appropriate placement of plots intended for different types of social, industrial, recreational, communication.
