ФОРМУВАННЯ СТРУКТУРИ ПОЛІМЕРНИХ КОМПОЗИТІВ З ДОДАВАННЯМ ЗОЛИ ВИНОСУ ТЕС
. This article explores the prospects of using fly ash from thermal power plants as a mineral filler for polymer composite materials. The feasibility of applying aqueous polymer dispersions is substantiated to improve compatibility with the hydrophilic surface of fly ash and to ensure its uniform distribution within the polymer matrix. The aim of the study is to investigate the effect of fly ash concentration on the formation of pore structure, water absorption, specific surface area, and average pore size in composites based on butadiene-styrene latex (Latex 2012) and acrylic latex (Policril 590). Experimental results demonstrated that the addition of fly ash promotes the formation of a mesoporous structure with a high level of open porosity, particularly in samples containing Latex 2012. The obtained composites show potential for application in environmentally friendly structural materials.
