ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПОВЕДІНКИ ОСОБИСТОСТІ У КОНФЛІКТНІЙ ВЗАЄМОДІЇ

The article explores under-researched aspects of conflict interaction in the context of modern challenges, particularly the impact of military actions, stress factors, and the digital environment. It analyzes how the full-scale invasion has transformed Ukrainian youth's perceptions of conflict and their behavior within it. Psychodiagnostic methodologies were employed to assess changes in conflict perception, including a shift from verbal aggression to physical aggression, heightened sensitivity to criticism, and a reduced willingness to take on the role of mediator. Special attention is given to analyzing the influence of stress on youth reactions in conflict situations. The findings indicate behavioral adaptation to conditions of heightened risk and instability. This study enhances understanding of conflict dynamics in the context of war and offers approaches to constructive conflict resolution. The results can be used to develop programs aimed at fostering resilience and effective communication in crisis conditions.
