It indicates the regulatory and legal act that provides modern legal regulation of its functioning. It notes about new law that regulates its activities, and conditions for its entry into force. Explains the definition of the status of the Bulgarian National Bank and its location. It analyzes the possibility of creation of branches and representative offices within the country and abroad. A comparison of the size of the bank’s capital under current and new legislation was made, and attention was paid to the form of ownership of its capital. It lists and analyzes the structural bodies of the Bulgarian National Bank, their powers, the procedure for their formation. It indicates the number of members of the Governing Council.
