Біографічні видання про Івана Франка на сучасному книжковому ринку України

The article analyzes the contemporary book publishing market in terms of the availability of biographical publications about Ivan Franko. A thematic and typological analysis of various genre biographical books about the famous writer published over the past ten years, from 2014 to 2024, is carried out. The main characteristics taken into account were the purpose of the publication, the subject matter, the target audience, and the quality of the printing.  The topic of the study is relevant, because so far the biography of Ivan Franko has been considered as an object in the Francophone discourse, but biographical publications about Dr. F. have not aroused any scientific interest.
