Transitioning from Ethernet-Based MSP-EXP432E401Y to Wi-Fi-Enabled CC3235SF for Wireless Embedded Communication
With the increasing demand for wireless communication in embedded systems, replacing traditional wired connections with Wi-Fi has become essential for enhancing flexibility and scalability. This thesis explores the implementation of wireless communication by replacing the Ethernet connection in MSP-EXP432E401Y microcontrollers with Wi-Fi using the CC3235SF microcontrollers. The project aims to provide a seamless, reliable, and efficient wireless data transfer solution while maintaining low power consumption and real-time performance. The findings demonstrate that the proposed Wi-Fi-based solution offers significant advantages in mobility, scalability, and ease of deployment, making it a viable alternative to Ethernet for embedded systems. This work contributes to developing wireless embedded applications, enabling future innovations in IoT, automation, and real-time communication systems.
