CONCEPTUL „EGALITĂȚII DE ȘANSE“ ÎN POLITICILE DE INCLUZIUNE EDUCAȚIONALĂ

This article focuses on the principle of „equality of opportunity“ in the educational environment as a perspective of European practices in the field of the education and academic training. At the level of the European Union, the principle of „equal opportunities“ represents an essential mechanism for ensuring personal and professional development in a fair way for each individual. In the educational environment, the conditions were created in which students learn the ability to understand and value the diversity, cultivating their ability to identify and combat discriminatory manifestations. Therefore, supporting equal opportunities in the field of education not only facilitates the personal and professional progress of each person, but plays an essential role in building a more inclusive and balanced community.
