Algorithme de traitement de données de géolocalisation ALGOPESCA

This summary note presents the ALGOPESCA geolocation data processing algorithm developed by Ifremer since 2005. The first step is to reconstruct the fishing trips and fishing sequences of geolocated vessels, transmitting their geographical position (GPS), speed and heading at regular intervals. ALGOPESCA's second objective is to estimate the fishing effort (in fishing hours) of each vessel on a daily basis, and to spatialize it according to different granularities.\n
