ІННОВАЦІЙНІ НАПРЯМИ ОНОВЛЕННЯ ОПЕРАЦІЙНИХ СИСТЕМ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ В УМОВАХ НЕСТАБІЛЬНОГО БІЗНЕС-СЕРЕДОВИЩА ДЕВЕЛОПМЕНТУ

The article is devoted to methodological and analytical components and basic management functions of an enterprise in the modern system of construction development. The main approaches to the implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI), which are key to improve the efficiency of construction processes. The principles of Lean are analyzed, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Last Planner System (LPS) and other tools that help to optimize work, reduce losses and improve quality in construction. Examples of successful CI applications in construction projects such as Heathrow Terminal 5, Crossrail, and projects of Ukrainian companies that demonstrate significant improvements in management and production processes are presented. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the challenges faced by development companies in the context of martial law in Ukraine and the need to adapt management strategies to restore the destroyed infrastructure. The importance of integrating innovative approaches to project management is determined to improve the sustainability and competitiveness of construction companies. The article considers the use of data analysis tools for making management decisions that ensure the flexibility and adaptability of companies in unstable market conditions. The article emphasizes the importance of system analysis, digital technologies and the use of analytical tools for effective development management in modern conditions. The process-oriented approach to value creation has been further developed, which involves the formation of a system of four chains: the chain of creating managerial value of the enterprise, the technological chain of creating consumer value, the chain of creating value of primary data, the chain of creating managerial information value for enterprise managers. The synthesis of these four chains and their results (consumer, information and managerial value) makes it possible to maximize the economic added value of an enterprise as a result of its activities. The article emphasizes the importance of system analysis, digital technologies and the use of analytical tools for effective development management in modern conditions.
