До питання підготовки військових юристів в Україні

An analysis of issues of history and further professional training of military lawyers for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine was carried out. Attention was drawn to the need to improve the professional training of military law enforcement officers for the Military Service of Law and Order in the Armed Forces of Ukraine (in the future for the Military Police). Separate issues of military law as a complex field, the knowledge of which can be used as a basis for the training of specialists in new military accounting specialties of the legal profile, are studied. It is proposed to create a military law faculty within the structure of the National Defense University of Ukraine as a leading higher military educational institution for the training of military specialists at the strategic and operational levels.
