Вплив структури заповнення на міцність PLA-пластику при 3D-друці
Additive technologies are a promising area due to their cost-effectiveness and the ability to manufacture complex parts at minimal cost. The use of plastics in additive technologies is due to a number of advantages over other materials: low cost with satisfactory mechanical characteristics, unique properties, ease of processing, and optimal strength-to-weight ratio. An urgent task is to determine the mechanical characteristics and build deformation curves based on basic experiments. This allows us to more accurately assess the service life of structural elements both at the design stage and during operation to determine the residual life. As part of the study, experimental tests were conducted to determine the mechanical characteristics of PLA plastic, which is widely used in 3D printing. To do this, 15 samples with different fillings were prepared using FDM technology. The tests were carried out in accordance with DSTU EN ISO 527-2:2018 on a TIRAtest 2300 testing machine. As a result of the experiments, the average values of key mechanical characteristics, including tensile strength and specific strength of the material, were obtained.
