Система керування технологічними процесами з використанням концепції ІоТ і технологій штучного інтелекту
To ensure the automated control process, programmable logic controllers (PLC) are traditionally used, whose operation is based on controlling equipment based on pre-set conditions and programs. This approach is based on strict configuration of all algorithms during system installation. Upgrading the PLC program is complicated by the need to overwrite the program code completely and causes the object to be disabled (for continuous systems and in the absence of redundancy of the entire system, this fact is critical). Automation of production by the classical approach on PLC has high connectivity and strict dependence of control algorithms, so changes lead to a chain reaction throughout the program, causing the need to make corrections or adaptations in many parts of it, which is an expensive and time-consuming process. In production environments, it is common practice to avoid upgrading software products, especially if existing automation systems work reliably. The article highlights the process of developing and implementing a set of software and hardware tools for the functioning of the system, demonstrates the functioning of an independent product on the example of automation of sewage pumping stations (CNS) and additions to the ready-made solution of an individual heat point (ITP), which expands the boundaries of using a specialized PLC (Danfoss ECL310). Thanks to the implementation of the solution, this facility receives efficiency improvements, optimization of management processes and a new notification system. The Edge device settings are displayed remotely, with the ability to change parameters via the broker. Accordingly, the stability of the system is increased by quickly detecting and correcting problems with the equipment, which reduces its downtime. The proposed solution allows us to use modern approaches to classical automation and expand its application boundaries.
