In the context of rapid technological development and globalization, issues related to the preservation of languages of small nationalities are becoming increasingly relevant. Among these languages is the language of Chinese Evenks (Solons), which, according to research data, is in a state close to decline. This article analyzes the current state of the Evenki language as well as factors influencing its development and survival. The study is based on the transdisciplinary approach of “language ecology,” which studies the interaction of languages with their social, cultural, psychological, geographical, and ecological characteristics. The language system is considered similar to a biological ecosystem that requires balance for preserving linguistic diversity.
