Words of Wisdom - sharing experiences of embedding sustainability within the curricula

The session was to share our project. Words of Wisdom is a compendium of concise examples from colleagues of their experiences of embedding sustainability within the curricula. The examples will showcase experiences in distance and online learning contexts, although this does not necessarily need to be limited to HE distance learning and could include the post 16 sector. A key element of this project is that the examples will be action focused so that colleagues can look to use or adapt them to their context. Student experience is central to this idea and students would also be involved in reviewing the compendium examples and indicate which ones resonate most with them. This will ensure that the words of wisdom shared reflect both staff and student experiences and demonstrate how students respond to the work of embedding sustainability in their curricula.
