Le por les en la escritura periodística del español peninsular

The validity of the discordance between the dative clitic pronoun and its plural nominal referent is remarkable. As a result, its use is on the increase and its use is booming and highly topical. In order to determine the use of le por les, a corpus of written language has been selected and analysed, specifically, texts from the press, and an online questionnaire has been elaborated and analysed. The aim is to compare and contrast the presence of the phenomenon in an oral/informal context with that in a written/formal context. In the same way, the development and increase of the phenomenon itself will be investigated, as well as its possible causes. In order to achieve this aim, both qualitative and quantitative research has been carried out, and one of the starting hypotheses has been concluded: increase in the written language, which is more favourable and feasible in the autonomous community of Andalusia.
