Ідентифікація та менеджмент пацієнтів із недостатністю надниркових залоз: огляд рекомендацій NICE 2024 року
Supraneural deficiency (SN) is a clinical syndrome caused by decreased secretion of measles hormones in the supraneural cortex. The lack of overlying buds can be primary, secondary or tertiary. Primary ND, also known as Addison’s disease (AD), develops when the epithelial glands are weakened due to the inability to produce enough cortisol, and sometimes aldosterone. Secondary DN results from insufficient production of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) by the pituitary gland, which leads to a decrease in cortisol production by the adrenal glands and their postural atrophy. Tertiary NN occurs through insufficient production of corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) by the hypothalamus, which leads to a decrease in the production of ACTH by the pituitary gland and, as a result, insufficient production of cortisol by the adrenal glands. NN can influence the body’s ability to respond to stress and support other important functions in life. The breadth of NN depends on what type it is: HA is rare, affecting 100–140 people per million, while secondary supernatant deficiency occurs more often (150–280 cases per million) million), and data from the tertiary form are often grouped with the secondary. The NICE 2024 recommendations support the identification and management of DV in cats, children, toddlers and adults. The stench is aimed at improving the treatment of primary, secondary and tertiary NN, as well as for the prevention and management of a hypertensive crisis.
