Сучасні тенденції інноваційної діяльності промислових підприємств України

The article examines the development trends of industrial enterprises in Ukraine. The main problems of the functioning of industrial enterprises are identified, taking into account the security and economic situation in the country. According to the results of the conducted analytical studies, a decrease in the level of innovative activity of industrial enterprises is established due to the unfavorable security situation in the country, which has affected the industrial potential. One of the factors of the decrease in the innovative activity of the industry is a significant reduction in investment support for the development of enterprises due to the instability of economic, political and security conditions in the country. The decrease in the total number of industrial enterprises is associated with the specifics of production, which complicates the possibilities of relocating businesses to safer regions of the country, which led to their forced cessation of operation. It is determined that despite the need to introduce innovative technologies into production processes, domestic industrial enterprises face a number of problems that hinder their development. It is substantiated that the insufficient number of technology parks and innovation hubs limits the opportunities of enterprises for joint research and development. To implement innovative activities, enterprises need appropriate staffing for these processes, which is also a difficult task today due to the lack of a sufficient number of necessary specialists. It has been proven that one of the important tools for implementing innovative development programs for industrial enterprises is the use of a project approach, which will contribute to the flexibility and adaptability of business in conditions of a high level of uncertainty. To attract intellectual and human resources potential, it is advisable to develop new mechanisms for motivating innovators, which should be flexible taking into account modern realities. The importance of state support for the innovative development of industrial enterprises, which is expressed in the financial provision of innovative processes and the formation of conditions for the use of international assistance, including attracting investors, is substantiated.
