Щодо впливу правничого письма на формування навичок сучасного правника
At the current stage of the development of society, the issue of teaching legal writing to higher educational institutions is becoming more and more urgent. Despite the growing interest in this issue, it still has not received proper theoretical understanding and practical justification. Both the general issues of meaningful filling of the discipline and the specific aspects of legal technologies, which are of significant importance for professional activity, remain insufficiently studied. One of the key aspects is the understanding of legal writing as an element that affects the quality of normative legal acts and legal documents. The lack of a systematic approach to teaching legal writing significantly affects the effectiveness of legal regulation, as future lawyers do not always master the skills of creating legal texts at the appropriate level. As a result, legal technologies used in professional activities are often based on intuitive approaches, which can lead to errors in law enforcement and insufficient quality of normative legal acts. Such a situation necessitates the development and implementation of methods of teaching legal writing, which would take into account its specificity and contribute to raising the level of training of lawyers. Thus, a systematic approach to teaching legal writing is a key factor that can contribute not only to increasing the effectiveness of legal regulation, but also to the general development of legal science and practice. Taking into account modern challenges, it becomes obvious that improving the methodology of teaching legal writing will contribute to raising the professional level of lawyers, providing them with the necessary skills to create high-quality legal texts.
