The article, based on a comprehensive system analysis, examines the organization of judicial activity using information technologies. Large-scale changes in social reality associated with technological progress, digital transformation, and the introduction of digital platforms will transform all spheres of state activity, including judicial. The introduction of digital judicial platforms as organizational, functional, and technological phenomena causes the transformation of traditional models of organizing judicial activity, leads to the transformation of many judicial institutions, such as the judicial system, access to court, jurisdiction, and others. The need for systemic legal regulation of the organization of judicial activity during the digital development of state institutions determines the relevance of the study from a practical point of view. The object of the study is legal relations related to the organization of judicial activity in the context of digital transformation. The subject is formed by the norms of law that regulate legal relations related to the organization of judicial activity. The methodological basis was formed by the general scientific dialectical method, general and private scientific methods of cognition. The organization of judicial activity is perceived as an integral concept that includes institutional and functional components. From the standpoint of the institutional approach, the organization of judicial activity represents a set of legal institutions, organizational forms and rules that regulate organizationally supported activities within the judicial system, aimed at the proper implementation of the function of administering justice by the courts. According to the development factors, an institutional model of the organization of judicial activity is argued, the basis of which is the features of the judicial system, built as an accessible technological platform. In the digital environment, the judicial system is organized as a digital platform available on the Internet for individuals and legal entities, which is a guarantee of the unity of the judicial system and the remote implementation of organizational and procedural rights by interested persons.
