The limitations of the use of intelligent technologies in strategic management and ways to overcome them are given: development of ethical principles for the use of artificial intelligence to minimize negative consequences such as discrimination - develop and implement a code of ethics, maintain a culture of responsibility and open discussion, compliance with legislation; data protection from cyber threats - implementation of a cybersecurity strategy, use of modern technologies, software updates, data access control, monitoring and cooperation with other companies, cyber risk insurance; effective use of intelligent technologies requires specialists with appropriate knowledge and skills - train employees, create teams of experts, hire qualified specialists; significant financial investments for the development and implementation of intelligent systems - selection of optimal solutions, determination of priorities, use of cloud technologies, obtaining grants, loans, use of open software, gradual implementation, analysis of results and adjustments. Directions for further research are identified: formation of ecosystems for joint solution of complex tasks of strategic management; creating individual training and development programs for each employee.
