Оцінка впливу учасників проєктних команд на систему комунікацій
This article presents a comprehensive approach to assessing the impact of project team members on the communication system within a digital environment. The relevance of this study stems from the increasing prevalence of virtual and hybrid teams in contemporary organizations, where communication effectiveness relies significantly not only on technical resources but also on the behavioral attributes of the participants. The study identifies that individuals can act as disruptive factors, affecting the quality of team interaction and information flow. To identify and quantify this influence, the FIRO-B model was employed, which allows for the determination of each team member's interpersonal orientation across three key dimensions: inclusion, control, and affection. These characteristics were further analyzed in conjunction with an assessment of eight areas of destructive influence: technological barriers, resistance to change, negativity, micromanagement, misinformation, lack of cooperation, dominance in communications, and time disruption. Formulas for calculating the individual indicator of current influence and the relative influence on the communication system have been developed, incorporating an inverse relationship with the level of leadership skills. The practical implementation is realized through a web application built on the Flask framework. The description details the architecture of the software solution, which includes server logic, a user interface, a database, an authorization module, and a system for visualizing results. The application enables the input of individual team member indicators, automatically calculates their level of influence on the communication environment, and displays the results in tables and graphs. For data processing and analysis, integration with SQLite/PostgreSQL databases is implemented, along with the capability to export results and automate the collection of input information using Microsoft Forms and Power Automate. The developed tool allows project managers to promptly identify behavioral risks, evaluate the effectiveness of the communication structure, and make informed management decisions regarding team composition.
