There is also the use of computer models and software to automate the assessment and selection processes, which ensures high accuracy and speed of decision-making The study also covers individual tools that eliminate investment risks, as well as help reduce uncertainty when choosing the most effective options for implementing a development project. The methods considered help not only to make the assessment more justified, but also to reduce the time for making a decision, which is a significant factor in a rapidly changing market environment. aims to form a clear understanding of the importance of a scientific and analytical approach the process of assessing and selecting an alternative for implementing a development project, which ultimately increases the efficiency of investment activities and ensures sustainable development of the construction sector.
