BACKGROUND: The COVID-19 pandemic brought about
\nunprecedented demands in primary care service
\nprovision and delivery. Vaccination helped to
\nalleviate disease burden, control outbreaks,
\nimprove patient outcomes and reduce avoidable
\ndeaths. However, there is limited data on
\nCOVID-19 vaccination hesitancy on selectively
\nsuburban populations in island communities.
\nIt is imperative to identify the rationale behind
\nvaccine hesitancy amongst patient subgroups.
