طراحی و اعتباریابی مدل تعالی شغل- خانواده و بررسی مشاورۀ شغلی مبتنی بر مدل بر تسهیل تعارض شغل- خانواده

AbstractThe work role is one of the roles that have become important for the majority of people in the society in recent years, along with family roles. Based on this, establishing a balance between work and family roles has always been the focus of researchers. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of designing and validating the model of work-family enrichment and investigating work counseling based on the model of facilitating work-family conflict. The research community included all faculty members and employees working in the University of Isfahan and all internal and external studies conducted on work-family enrichment from 2001 to 2022. The research was carried out by the method of exploratory mixed research design (qualitative-quantitative). Data in the qualitative part with the content analysis method (open, axial and selective coding) and using Max.Q.DA.24 software and in the quantitative part with the Structural Equation Modeling method and the Covariance Analysis method and using the AMOS-21 statistical software & SPSS-25 was analyzed. The findings of the research showed that the work-family enrichment model has eight dimensions of work role salience, family role salience, flexible work schedules, positive spiloner, family satisfaction, work satisfaction, career satisfaction and support with the mediation of attachment variable. Also, the results of Covariance Analysis showed that work counseling based on the designed model is effective in facilitating work-family and family-work conflicts (P<0.05).
