Інформаційно-психологічні операції в контексті інформаційної безпеки України
At the present stage of the political processes of Ukraine, the war on the part of the russian federation is making a decisive influence. One of the most important tools for the destruction of Ukrainian society was the use of information and psychological operations (hereinafter – IPO) with a view to changing the identity of the population. The success of the IPO depends on the relations that are formed between the state and the citizens, the forms of political interaction used and how effective they will be in overcoming the urgent social problems. A criterion for the effectiveness of power is the level of trust and support of its actions by the people, or at least the main part of it or the main social groups. When there is no such trust, the success of the IPO will be ensured. It is clear that such confidence in political power structures in Ukraine still does not exist, since the authorities are not at all elemental in fulfilling their promises. More precisely, there is no mutual trust, and there is a lack of acceptance between the people and political elites. And this is one of the key issues of Ukrainian political reality. In addition, political power in Ukraine at all levels underestimates and may not understand the need to create an optimally favorable social environment for its functioning in the current conditions. Of course, this task is not easy, since different segments of the population, different political forces have different and even opposing interests, whose collision may lead in certain conditions to a social explosion. And to prevent this, the authorities must learn how to regulate relations between social groups and society, as well as between society and government. Unless the authorities can gain the trust of the people, it will be a source of tension in society, and society will not have immunity from external information influences.
