Effective stakeholder management is a key element for the successful implementation of construction projects. The lack of a transparent mechanism for assessing stakeholder readiness can lead to delays, misunderstandings and conflicts, which will negatively affect the implementation of the project. Formal indicators of stakeholder readiness are based on quantitative and qualitative analysis of various parameters that allow developers to minimize the risks of non-fulfillment of contractual obligations. These parameters include financial stability, technical competence, availability of resources and the level of organizational readiness of each stakeholder. Creating a professional assessment model allows you to systematize the process of analyzing and monitoring construction stakeholders at different stages of project implementation. The methodology is aimed at minimizing the influence of the human factor in assessing stakeholder readiness, ensuring objectivity and transparency of the process. In addition, a formalized approach allows you to identify potential problems at an early stage and contributes their to timely resolution by redistributing resources, adjusting work schedules and making changes to stakeholder engagement plans. Particular attention should be paid to monitoring and management tools, such as automated construction management systems based on digital technologies. Such systems allow for continuous analysis of stakeholder readiness in real time and enable developers to quickly respond to changes and deviations from the initial plan. Such systems may include BIM-based software products that can integrate data from various sources and control all aspects of construction, including financial, technical and organizational factors. In addition, formal measurement of stakeholder readiness also takes into account legal and regulatory considerations, as any delay or breach of contract can lead to legal consequences. In this context, strict adherence to contractual terms and the ability to anticipate potential risks are key elements of an effective management strategy for developers. Therefore, implementing a formalized approach to assessing stakeholder readiness significantly increases the likelihood of successful implementation of construction projects and ensures that contractual obligations are fulfilled on time and within the agreed budget. A systematic approach to analysis and management allows developers not only to minimize risks, but also to ensure more harmonious interaction between all participants in the construction process and ultimately increase the overall efficiency and profitability of the project.
