Аналіз публікаційної активності щодо державного фінансового контролю в Україні та світі

In the context of the transformation of the public administration system, growing requirements for transparency of the budget process and gradual harmonization with European standards, the topic of state financial control is gaining particular relevance as a guarantee of effective and lawful use of public funds. In this regard, a bibliometric study of scientific works was conducted that highlight various aspects of the functioning of state financial control both in Ukraine and in the international context. The purpose of the article is to investigate the development of publishing activity on state financial control in Ukraine and the world. The results of the bibliometric analysis showed a steady scientific interest in the topic of state financial control, which is accompanied by a gradual expansion of the geography of scientific research and an increase in interdisciplinary integration. The study found that the leading role in the development of this scientific field is played by Ukrainian scientists and researchers from post-Soviet countries, where the issue of state financial control is critically important in the context of the modernization of the public administration system and strengthening fiscal transparency. Although the number of publications in the Scopus and Web of Science databases remains limited, since the 2010s there has been a steady growth in scientific interest, which correlates with periods of socio-economic transformations. The mapping of key terms confirms the existence of a stable conceptual core of research, formed around such concepts as audit, control, efficiency and management of public finances. Analysis of citations indicates the high quality of scientific works, which combine theoretical depth and practical recommendations. It was established that the topic of state financial control has significant potential for further scientific research, expansion of international cooperation and active participation in the global academic discourse.
