МЕТОД АДАПТИВНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЮ БЕЗПЕКОЮ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

The article presents a scientific substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations of a systematic approach to managing the economic security of enterprises aimed at integrating external and internal factors into a single strategy to ensure sustainability and competitiveness. The article proposes the concept of ‘enterprise economic security system’, which is defined as an integrated set of organisational, economic, legal and functional elements, mechanisms and measures that ensure the sustainable functioning of an enterprise. Emphasis is placed on the importance of identifying, assessing, neutralising and preventing threats in a dynamic environment, which allows considering economic security not only as a protective function, but also as a key tool for supporting enterprise development. To identify areas for improvement, a systematisation of methods and instruments that provide a comprehensive analysis and development of management decisions on the management of economic security of enterprise has been carried out. The expediency of using an integrated method of adaptive management of economic security of enterprise, which combines classical management tools with the latest technologies, such as big data analysis, artificial intelligence and predictive models, is substantiated, allowing enterprises not only to respond to current threats, but also to actively predict possible risks to economic security. The proposed method is based on a systematic approach that combines analytical, managerial and technological mechanisms and ensures a balance between the internal stability of the enterprise and its ability to adapt to external challenges. The peculiarity of the proposed method lies in its modularity, adaptability and integration of innovative technologies, which allows responding promptly to dynamic changes in the environment, protect existing resources and effectively use new opportunities for development
