Політична невизначеність в умовах системних викликів (концептуалізація та релевантність методологічних підходів)

The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of political uncertainty as a multidimensional socio-political phenomenon. Within the framework of theconducted analysis, the parameters of political uncertainty have been conceptualized, methodological tools for its assessment have been developed, and a systematic analysis of its socio-political implications has been carried out. It has been established that the main dimensions of uncertainty are: informational(information deficit), institutional (transformation of political institutions), subjective (unpredictability of political actors), and environmental (turbulence of political space). It has been determined that political uncertainty has an interdisciplinary nature and is examined through philosophical, economic, and political perspectives. In political science discourse, it is viewed as an inherent characteristic of political processes and a factor in decision-making. Political uncertainty functions in dialectical opposition to the concept of "political order", determining the dynamics and transformational potential of political systems. It has been substantiated that the methodology for studying political uncertainty requires the integration of innovative analytical approaches. Using the development of a comprehensive adaptive model as an example, it has been demonstrated that its effectiveness is determined by adherence to relevance principles, ensuring not only conceptual validity but also practical applicability of the obtained results. In the context of modern Ukrainian society, the phenomenon of political uncertainty acquires particular relevance, necessitating the transformation of scientific approaches and the formation of new research paradigms. It is emphasized that comprehensive analysis of this phenomenon becomes key to developing effective state strategies, improving social risk management mechanisms, and ensuring the resilience of the political system under conditions of systemic challenges.
