Менеджмент лікування пацієнтів із хронічною хворобою нирок: огляд клінічних практичних рекомендацій KDIGO 2024 року
Chronic kidney disease remains a global health problem associated with significant risks of cardiovascular complications, renal failure and high mortality. According to KDIGO 2024, chronic kidney disease is defined as a disorder of kidney structure or function that lasts at least three months and has health consequences. The prevalence of chronic kidney disease is increasing due to the aging population, as well as due to the increase in the number of cases of diabetes mellitus and arterial hypertension. According to KDIGO 2024, an integrated approach to the diagnosis of chronic kidney disease is introduced, taking into account the categories of glomerular filtration rate and albuminuria (GFR or CGA classification); the use of modern methods of assessing glomerular filtration rate is emphasized, including creatinine-based (eGFR) and combined assessment of creatinine and cystatin C (GFR-cys); new algorithms for monitoring and management of patients with CKD are introduced.
