ВІМ ЯК АНАТОМІЯ ДЛЯ БУДІВЛІ
The article highlights the innovative use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) as a metaphorical "anatomy" of buildings, illustrating how this technology redefines the survey, design, and management of architectural projects. The relevance of this study lies in BIM’s transformational impact on the construction industry, as it creates a detailed and dynamic model that reflects the complexity and interdependence inherent in human anatomical structures. By providing a comprehensive three-dimensional digital representation of a building, BIM allows for a systematic understanding of a structure’s components, functions, and interactions of its elements, similar to how anatomical models enhance the perception of biological systems. The aim of the article is to analyze how BIM provides a detailed, systematic representation of a building’s structure and functions, improving the design, construction, and management processes through an digital model. The results of this study indicate that BIM enhances the design and construction process by improving visualization, coordination, and communication among project stakeholders. It facilitates an in-depth analysis of building performance, enabling better decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. The technology supports accurate modeling, clash detection, and cost estimation, thereby reducing risks and optimizing resource allocation. Integration of loads and impacts, as aspects of operation, to BIM technology allows for ongoing management and maintenance of construction project, reflecting the continuous nature of anatomical systems. The conclusions drawn from this research emphasize that BIM, as an "anatomical" approach, represents a paradigm shift in building design and management. It not only provides a comprehensive functional understanding of building structures but also significantly contributes to increased efficiency in construction projects. By utilizing detailed, integrated BIM models, the construction industry can advance towards more sustainable and coordinated development, which will create a basis for improved quality and performance of construction projects.
