L’Angelo nella tempesta. La sfida dell’innovazione responsabile

Through Benjamin’s Angelus Novus and Schumpeter’s creative destruction metaphor, this paper analyses the problematic relationship between innovation and responsibility in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It shows, drawing on the Civil Economy paradigm, the importance of extending the horizons of responsibility beyond mere imputability to meet the challenges posed by progress, addressing the unstoppable processes of technological innovation towards horizons of authentic human advancement.
